A responsive website optimised for capturing local clients.
We were asked by a local carpet and upholstery cleaning business to help update their website.
As well as needing a new look and feel, they also wanted the new site to improve visitor and conversion rates.
What we did
We started with a website review to determine where the existing site could be improved upon. From there we decided on what action was needed in order to achieve our client’s aims, whilst also keeping activity within a set budget.
Our decision was to build the site on the WordPress platform, using a pre-existing responsive template. This helped to keep design costs to a minimum whilst giving the client a site with lots of functionality, the ability to improve on-site optimisation and add and change content quickly and easily.
To help achieve a good foothold in search rankings, we also populated the site with content optimised for local search.
